Point Designs' customer portal allows clinicians to interact with our clinical support team as well as track the status of their open and closed fabrication tickets.
Alongside Point Designs' fabrication services, Clinicians will be given access to an online customer portal where they can interact with our clinical support team as well as track and manage all of their open and closed fabrication tickets in a secure place.
After you receive an email to set up your password, please visit the URL linked above to access the customer portal.
You may have to refresh the webpage for your new password to go into effect.
When you visit the customer portal, you should be logged in automatically if you have done so before. You will see all of your open and closed tickets as shown below.
When you click on a ticket, you will be able to see all previous communication with Point Designs' clinical support team. You can send files or messages at any time and we will be able to respond within the same customer portal ticket.
